Dr. Koon-Yang Lee is a Lecturer in Composite Manufacturing for the Faculty of Engineering (Department of Aeronautics) at Imperial College London. His research focuses on the design of polymeric materials and the tailoring of interfaces in composite materials. He has published many peer-reviewed journal articles in the field of bio-based nanocomposites and applications of cellulose. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the American Chemical Society, as well as the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. Dr. Lee serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Biobased Materials and Bioenergy.
