Dr. Pedro J. Herrera Franco's Current appointment is the Researcher C Academic Unit : Materials SNI : Level III at the Centro de Investigación Científica de Yucatán (Scientific Research Center of Yucatán). He holds a Doctorate in Theoretical Mechanics from Michigan State University, USA. His Current Research Line is Polymer Matrix Composites and Polymer Processing and his ongoing projects include:

•     Composites Fiber Reinforced Sisal Micropropagated
•     Viscoelastic Behavior Of Composites
•     Interfacial Properties In Polymeric Mixtures And Electrorheological Fluids
